Our
Story
We wanted to create a psychiatry model that fits our patients, not the other way around.
Baseline was formed with the heart of an athlete and from someone who played sports personally, and understands the concept that sometimes "less is more." Started in 2024, our goal is simple: be better for our patients every single day. We believe in transparency and a commitment to our patients and their families for the bettering of our community.
